Easy Care
- Let the oven cool completely before cleaning.
- Clean the cordierite stone with the Pizza Oven Brush ?? no water or soap.
- Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth (avoid harsh chemicals).
- Cover with the weather-resistant shelter (included!) after use.
